Check-in / Checkout / Stay

Check-in time is 11.00 AM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out will be considered
It is Mandatory for all customers and their visitor guests to share their ID cards. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
Hotel Silver Cle Rules and RegulationsAccommodation will only be provided to guests whose details are registered with hotel reception. Visitors are only allowed only for 2 hours maximum and not beyond 9.00 PM. Visitors need to show their IDs at the reception.
Guests will be provided with a room key only upon arrival and after completing the registration at the hotel’s reception desk.
Please note that the check-in and key collection take place at the Hotel Reception only.

Payment

100% advance Payment deposit at the time of Check-in. In case of a stayover, the guest has to make the advance payment.
We do not accept personal Cheques for payment.
Tariff is subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation

The cancellation is free of charge 1 day prior to the date of arrival, after this time 75% of the room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee
Amendment / changes of bookings is allowed until only 24 hours (1 day) prior to arrival. The request will be considered as per the availability.

Extra Person and Child Charges

Rs. 899 for Adults and Rs.699 for Kids. Breakfast too will be an extra Rs.239 per Person.
Children up to 6 Years of age can stay free above 12 years and will be charged as per the extra adult rate.

Taxes

GST / Taxes are charged extra and applicable as per government directives.
12% on Room Tariff and 5% on Food

Cut-Shorting or Extending the Stay

Guests must confirm their departure date upon arrival. If guests shorten their length of stay after check-in, a one-night room rate and tax will be charged to the guest.
In case of a stayover or extending the stay, the guest got to inform the Front Office of the hotel 6 hours prior. The hotel may permit the extended stay subject to availability.

Stay Related

Guests are requested to observe, abide by, confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
The hotel guest cannot hand over a room to a third person, even if the paid period has not yet expired.


When leaving the room, guests are expected to check whether the door is properly locked. The loss of a room key is subject to an extra charge.
The conduct of guests and persons using the services of the hotel should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The hotel may refuse to render services to a person violating the above rule.
The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings for any cause whatsoever
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Not Allowed / Prohibited during Stay

Smoking, Alcohol, Gambling, Prostitution, contraband goods, drugs, any products / items of combustible or hazardous nature, etc – are all strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
Pets are not allowed in the rooms nor within hotel premises.
Visitors are not allowed into the rooms. Guests can meet the visitors in the lobby. However, in case of exceptional circumstances, the management may allow visitors to the guest room only after having photo Identity proof documents and registered entry at reception.
Due to the fact that the hotel is located in a residential area, it is required that guests, particularly those in groups, are respective in regards to noise.
The hotel may deny further accommodation to a guest who does not prove to be decent and comply with the hotel policy and rules.
Room heaters, electric irons, and other similar devices which are not a part of the hotel room equipment are not allowed to be used inside the rooms due to fire safety.

Outside Food

Food and drinks bought from outside the hotel consumption in the restaurant and common area is not allowed.
Online Ordering Food from Swiggy, Zomato or Restaurants Directly: The guest needs to come down to the lobby to collect the food. Plus plates, bowls, spoons will not be provided to the guest for the same purpose.

No Smoking

All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Smoking in hotel rooms, corridor, staircase, restaurants, and lobby is strictly prohibited. Designated smoking areas outside the building are available.

Care for the Environment

Switch off lights and AC when not in use. Ensure that taps are always turned off after use.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is provided daily between the hours of 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. The actual service time will vary, according to our daily plan. Please call our Front Desk if you wish your room to be cleaned in priority. Linen and towel change are done every two days, or more often upon request.

Damages

For any Damage done to the hotel amenities, articles, furniture, property, etc., by or due to guests themselves or their visitor or any other person for whom they are responsible, guests will be held responsible and so must make up to pay and settle for such loss and damage in full as deemed appropriate by the management.

Safety

Please review the emergency exit instructions posted on the inside of the guest room door and locate the emergency exits on your floor promptly upon your arrival.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy is applicable only to bookings made directly on the hotel website or over the phone and not for those made at the Online Travel Portal or Agency. For OTA bookings the cancellation policies mentioned on the respective sites will be applicable Please note that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check-in time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in time will incur a fee equal to one night's room rate. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be made in writing to sales@hotelsilvercle and frontoffice@hotelsilvercle.com or through our online booking system. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued in the original form of payment.
